Borough Partnership Program: My First Match Event
We went to Madame Tussaud's wax museum and for an early dinner at Applebee's in Times Square. We had a great time! Really, it was the most fun I have had in a long time. We took lots of goofy pics and I think Patty had a great time. She already emailed me to thank me for the great time. As I suspected, it was a bit awkward on the subway ride together on the way to Madame Tussaud's, but after our fun, she really opened up a lot more during our meal, telling me more about her family and its "issues". Our subway ride back was not awkward at all. I picked her up at her apartment - even went up to see her room and meet her dog and turtle and to see pics of her dad. It was a success! Thank you for the great match: we really have a lot in common.
