Ignition Entertainment Helps Change the Lives of NYC's Disadvantaged Children

Ajay Chadha, President of Ignition Entertainment USA, presents a $10,000 donation to Ruth Rathblott, Associate Executive Director, BBBS of NYC, at the Teenage Zombies: Invasion of the Alien Brain Thingys video game launch party at the Nintendo World Store in Rockefeller Plaza on Saturday, April 12th. All proceeds from sales of the game were donated to BBBS of NYC.

Our matches as well as other children and their families enjoyed playing the game and having their pictures taken with the Zombie characters on a sunny spring day in early April at the Nintendo World Store.

The fun, new Teenage Zombies game (rated E10+) was available to play at every store console and BBBS of NYC materials, a zombies t-shirt, sticker, and balloon were distributed in goody bags to all attendees. BBBS of NYC banners were displayed and videos were shown on big screen TVs in the stores.

"This game uses cartoon characters, in the form of zombies, to encourage teamwork and overcoming challenges, which are part of the mentoring relationship. As our partner, Ignition appreciates the power of mentoring and is providing much-needed support," said Allan Luks, Executive Director, Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City.

Ajay Chadha, President of Ignition Entertainment USA said, "We're very excited to partner with an organization such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC which continues to change the lives of New York City's children." Ajay teamed up with BBBS of NYC to provide resources needed to help us continue to match each child with a mentor. Ignition Entertainment plans to launch another children's video game and hopes to partner with Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC in the future.
