Race for the Kids

Riverside Park
The 4th Annual Big Brother Big Sisters of NYC Race for the Kids sponsored by RBC - Part of Nickelodeon's
Worldwide Day of Play is a 4K Run/Walk in Riverside Park with a 2K Family Fun Run/Walk option for participants.
Following the race, all participants attend a picnic with food, entertainment including music, face painting,
basketball, and other games for the entire family. This year's entertainment features Nickelodeon's Slime
Across America Truck, Nickelodeon characters and field day games presented by the NFL and Alliance for a
Healthier Generation!
Race for the Kids is a day that celebrates the power of mentoring and emphasizes the importance of health, fitness
and play. Those that participate in the race, help bring one-to-one adult mentoring to more of New York City's children
in need, expanding their horizons and enriching their futures.

Giants Stadium
Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC takes over Giants Stadium in this
exciting two-pronged event for kids and adults alike. The morning event provides the
opportunity for over 100 inner-city children and their mentors to participate
child-friendly drills, instruction and football games on the Stadium field and a
luncheon catered in the press box located high above the Stadium field. In the
afternoon, 14 of NYC's top law firms team up for a friendly touch football competition.
